Projects – In Park

We prepared comprehensive work for the new InPark residential complex. Our scope of work included a wide range of design services aimed at creating printed and digital materials to support the sales and promotion of the new development.

We began the project for the InPark complex by creating a logo that reflected the modern character of the investment and its green, park-like atmosphere, and we also proposed the slogan “Naturally, in the City.”

The next step was to create the key visual, which became the main graphic motif and the foundation for all promotional materials. Based on this, various promotional graphics were developed and used in advertising campaigns, posters, billboards, and social media.

Jednym z kluczowych zadań było opracowanie graficzne rzutów mieszkań, kart kondygnacji oraz planu zagospodarowania terenu (PZT). Rzuty mieszkań zostały starannie wyczyszczone ze zbędnych elementów i dostosowane do standardów estetycznych, co umożliwiło ich czytelne przedstawienie potencjalnym nabywcom. Karty kondygnacji zawierały informacje o układzie poszczególnych pięter, a PZT ukazywał całościowy plan osiedla, podkreślając jego atrakcyjne położenie i układ przestrzenny.

Based on all the created designs, a comprehensive advertising catalog was developed, serving as the main sales tool. The catalog included visualizations of the apartments, information about available units, photos of the complex, and detailed descriptions of the investment.

Floor Plans

One of the key tasks was the graphic development of apartment layouts, floor cards, and the site development plan (PZT).

The floor cards included information about the layout of individual floors, while the PZT showcased the overall plan of the complex, highlighting its attractive location and spatial arrangement.

This plan also accounted for the distribution of community infrastructure, such as playgrounds, green spaces, and parking areas, aimed at ensuring comfort for the residents. Each graphic element was designed with intuitive reception in mind, significantly speeding up the decision-making process for potential customers.

Apartment Plans

The apartment layouts were carefully cleaned of unnecessary elements and adjusted to aesthetic standards, allowing for clear presentation to potential buyers. Additionally, precise measurements were indicated, along with the placement of windows and doors, facilitating future residents' ability to visualize the functionality of the space.

Do stworzenia filmu z okazji rozpoczęcia budowy osiedla InPark zorganizowaliśmy sesję filmową, wykorzystując ujęcia z drona, aby ukazać teren budowy oraz jego otoczenie z lotu ptaka. Kluczowym elementem jest zaprezentowanie stopnia zaawansowania prac budowlanych oraz przedstawienie najważniejszych informacji o projekcie, jego zaletach i przyszłościowych korzyściach dla mieszkańców. Film nie tylko pełni rolę narzędzia promocyjnego, ale również dokumentuje istotny etap w realizacji projektu.
