Advanced IT Systems

Merrid operates in the information technology and digital services industry, focusing on delivering innovative solutions for businesses. The company specializes in developing IT systems, software, and analytical tools that support enterprises in process automation, data management, and operational optimization.

System Logo Design

Our initial work for Merrid focused on developing logos for their systems. We centered the design on simplicity and modernity, effectively communicating the innovation and technological advancement of Merrid’s systems.

Form Exploration

Before arriving at the final form, we tested various options. One proposal, in particular, was based on the symbolism of growth, reflecting values of business drive, dynamism, and staying ahead of the competition.

Another proposal, more in a retro style. The font references the structure and color scheme of the Merrid R emblem. It is built from basic geometric shapes tilted at a 9° angle. The typographic design aids in differentiation and memorability. The dynamic shape symbolizes rapid growth.

System

Ultimately, we chose diamond-shaped icons, incorporating custom-designed iconography. The icons are built from lines of equal thickness, ending in simple arrows to symbolize the system's purpose and to facilitate easy differentiation by operators.

We also based Merrid's entire visual communication on this line motif, which appears across most of the company's materials.
